We have an opportunity. We can create/co-create change. We are just that powerful. Our intentions and attentions help define what we create, what we see in the world. Most of us are so programmed that we are not truly running our show. We do not own or believe in our power. Our history has the greatest say in what our lives become individually and collectively. This new year and the coming full moon tomorrow morning (MST), carry the energy of optimism and newness. It is time to let the past go. It is time to become undomesticated.
Rewilding, undomestication, whatever the term, is a journey. A profound journey that requires flexibility, perseverance, and ultimately presence. Full on, in the moment, not distracted by mental chatter or emotions, presence.
For me, my mind, I journey into the history. When I’m not working on meditation or mothering or moving my body, I am attempting to uncover where my beliefs come from. What is the history of my thinking and of my patterning. In other words, how did I get here, both as an individual and as a collective?
I will be writing about my thoughts and discoveries as well a bringing in the wisdom I stumble upon in my journey. Here’s to an undomesticated mind!
